Home Inspection Procedure

My home inspection method follows the InterNachi Standards of Practice which will assure you that you are receiving a comprehensive visual inspection of all the major structural and mechanical systems of your prospective home.

Included in the home inspection will be a review of any concerns or issues that you have regarding the home. At the conclusion of the home inspection I will discuss with you any issues with the home and how they may affect safety or performance in the home. There are no perfect homes, but there are always solutions to issues that may be discovered. I will point you in the right direction in order for you to be able to make the appropriate decision for you and your family.

You will receive a comprehensive easy to understand report that includes an understandable description of the homes issues. The report will also include many photos with descriptions that will help further define any issues or defects that may be present.

Once the inspection has ended, you can be assured that our relationship has not. I will be available to answer questions about your home or point you in the right direction to address any concerns you may have. You will receive emails periodically to remind to about home maintenance that will help you prevent expensive repairs in the future.  I am dedicated to being your advocate for peace of mind in your home buying process. I appreciate you allowing me to be a vital member of your home purchase team.
